The Young Curators Academy
is welcoming 30 young international programme makers that work at the intersection of art and activism to the Autumn Salon to share their knowledge and their expertise, deepen their practice and engage in an empowering exchange. The participants are artists, thinkers, producers, curators that work under difficult political conditions, that are part of various communities, moving and shaping them and thus doing pioneering work. The dialogue about cultural resistance work is at the centre of the academy, in order to shape a platform for alternative belongings and practice solidarity. Workshops internal to the academy create a safe space, while public events share their experiences with the audience.
